One of the surprise bonuses of the Global Read Aloud is when authors decide to get involved with the project.  While this is never something that is expected, it only sweetens the experience when they have the time to do so.

Well, hold on to your hats because Aisha Saeed, author of Amal Unbound, just revealed her Global Read Aloud plans!

Here are the things she will be doing during the project

  • Offer extension activities and resources
  • Create student Q&A videos
  • Drawings for Skype visits
  • Author letter drawings

This is amazing!

To get full information and sign up for all of this, please go to her website here

Hi, would you be willing to connect with my 5th-grade class in Westborough Massachusetts? We would love to Flipgrid with your class or Padlet? Thanks Vicki Walsh

Hi Pernille. I hope you are finding some down time this summer to rejuvenate. I tried the link above and it didn’t work. I went to her website to try to find a sign up related to GRA, but did not find one. Help!
